Discover the Universe with Aurora and Sirius

By combining captivating storytelling with a clear educational mission and a commitment to inclusivity, the "Aurora's Cosmic Adventures" series stands ready to inspire the next generation of scientists, explorers, and critical thinkers.

This series is envisioned as a gateway, sparking initial interest that can lead to deeper exploration of scientific topics. By igniting curiosity, these books encourage young minds to ask more questions, seek out more knowledge, and potentially pursue further education and careers in STEAM.

Commitment to Inclusivity: My goal is to create stories that resonate with a diverse audience, ensuring that every child, regardless of their background, feels empowered to explore the wonders of science and their own potential. I am committed to collaborating on initiatives that bring these stories and their educational messages directly to communities that can benefit most.

Using Light to Spark Curiosity

My name is Genevieve, and for years, my mission has been to capture the breathtaking beauty of the cosmos as a self-taught deep-space astrophotographer. This work is a journey through light and time, but my greatest passion lies in using that light to spark curiosity and learning in others. As an LGBTQ business owner in the Pacific Northwest, I am driven by a deep commitment to making STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education accessible to every child, especially those who may not traditionally see themselves reflected in scientific fields.

Why We're Here: Funding the Final Frontier

The book and illustrations are complete, and the story is ready to be brought to life. Now, I need your help to get it into the hands of children who need it most. The funds we raise through this campaign will be used exclusively for the final steps of this journey: the professional editing, design, and high-quality printing of the book. With your donation, you are becoming a partner in our mission to create a more inclusive future for the next generation of explorers.
